背景信息：

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶受体 C 型相关蛋白 (PTPRCAP/LPAP) 是一种跨膜衔接蛋白，其中表达仅限于 T 谱系和 B 谱系的细胞 (1)。研究表明，PTPRCap 在对 T 细胞活化的反应中发生酪氨酸磷酸化，是 T 细胞功能的正调节因子 (2-4)。
