        Starvio siRNA转染试剂是我公司研发团队在美国西雅图实验室研发成功的一种新型的小核酸转染试剂。Starvio siRNA可用来转染siRNA、miRNA mimics、miRNA inhibitor 等200bp以内的小分子RNA,转染细胞包括绝大多数贴壁生长的细胞,如一般细胞株、肿瘤细胞株等。目前,普通转染试剂的主要成分为脂质体或聚乙烯亚胺(Polyethylenimine, PEI),这两种成分都具有很大的细胞毒性,并且转染效果很不理想。Starvio siRNA采用新型可降解纳米材料,毒性很低并且拥有非常高的转染性能,基因敲降效率可高达90%以上,转染细胞死亡率只有5%左右。血清对Starvio的转染效果没有影响,不必使用特殊的低血清培养基,也不必在转染4-6小时后更换培养液。本产品适用于贴壁细胞株转染,原代细胞转染,请选择StarvioPMsiRNA原代细胞转染试剂。

产品特点

· 优越的细胞转染性能:绝大多数贴壁细胞基因敲除效率在90%以上;

· 极低的细胞毒性:转染细胞死亡率在5%左右,大大降低了因细胞毒性对实验结果的影响;

· 转染细胞范围广,绝大多数贴壁细胞株都能获得比较理想的转染结果。

Different cell lines were transfected with scrambled or Lamin A/C siRNA (final concentration: 10nM) using Starvio  In this and all the following figures, all the cells are harvested 48 hours after transfection and Lamin A/C knockdown was measured by qRT-PCR.

Fig..3.Starvio siRNA transfection reagent offers high level of gene knockdown with low toxicity. A549 cell lines were transfected with Lamin A/C siRNA (final concentration: 10nM) using Starvio siRNA transfection reagent. Starvio concentrations added to the cells  exceeding transfection concentration of 20 times, the cells still do not produce significant toxicity, which makes these product suitable to optimization. Lamin A/C knockdown was measured by qRT-PCR.
